DBT recently commissioned the Business Services Association (BSA) to produce a report in order to better understand the requirements, challenges and aspirations of the business services sector at both national and international levels. A survey has been developed to form the basis for this report, which will also be completed by some desk research from BSA.
The survey is officially launching today and will close on the 9th February 2024.
The finalised report on business services should be delivered by the 31st March 2024.

The survey is anonymous and should take between 20-30 minutes to complete. To ensure that GDPR is respected, a question on consent is included on the survey and, should you require more clarifications, BSA would only reach out to businesses which explicitly consented to be contacted by them.
