This exciting market is growing rapidly, and our corporate customers include pharmaceutical producers of injectable products, as well as skincare companies and laser device manufacturers. Reporting to the Event Manager and Editor, the Marketing Manager will work closely with the sales and editorial team and will be responsible for the creation, planning, management, curation, and execution of multiple marketing campaigns, as well as having an integral role in the smooth running of the events onsite. Experience in the full event marketing mix is required; however equally important is the drive and energy to succeed in a fast-growing company.

The main focus of this role is to manage and execute the full visitor/exhibitor/membership marketing campaigns.

A key element in this role is to manage the Aesthetics marketing team to hit visitor and membership targets, plan, manage and adhere to marketing budgets, build and develop relationships with exhibitors and media & association partners, produce content & features, and develop and execute the full marketing campaign.

Key responsibilities:

Managing and executing the Marketing team exhibitor and visitor marketing campaign delivery.

Playing a key role to ensure the smooth running of the event onsite.

Writing, curating and approving emails, planning email campaigns, telemarketing campaigns, social media and PPC campaigns.

Generating a website SEO strategy with the digital team and overseeing website audits

Delivering collateral through the full mix of channels – print and digital media, email, social and more – with intelligently-managed segmented activity.

Establishing relationships and managing partnerships with industry associations and media.

Manage the team of marketers on this portfolio, as well as external third-party temporary staff.

Reporting and analysis post-event.

Attend a range of internal and external events, partnership events and competitor shows.
