If you are an ambitious marketing professional looking to accelerate your career in B2B event marketing, this role offers hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of promoting a large-scale technology expo.

You will help drive visitor and exhibitor acquisition for one of Europe’s fastest-growing technology events, working alongside experienced marketers in a fast-paced, commercial and data-driven environment.

Job Mission


The mission of this role is to support the execution of high-performance marketing campaigns that drive delegate registrations, exhibitor and sponsorship sales and brand visibility for our flagship B2B technology exhibition.

You will play a hands-on role in campaign execution, content creation and stakeholder communications, learning how large-scale commercial exhibitions are marketed and scaled.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Multi-channel Campaigns Execution

  • Support the execution of multi-channel delegate acquisition campaigns (email, social, partnerships and outbound).
  • Assist in building and scheduling email marketing campaigns using our CRM platform.
  • Create campaign assets using Canva and other marketing tools.
  • Support list segmentation and data hygiene across our marketing software stack.

Advocacy and Media Partnership

  • Coordinate marketing communications with exhibitors, sponsors, visitors and media partners.
  • Assist in the execution of exhibitor advocacy campaigns.
  • Help ensure partners receive campaign toolkits and promotional materials on time.

Content & Digital Marketing

  • Write marketing copy for emails, website pages, social posts and promotional materials to boost engagement and increase conversion.
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve performance.

Qualifications, experience and skills

  • Higher education: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or other relevant professional qualification.
  • Work experience: Previous experience in events, media, publishing or B2B marketing.
  • Software: Basic knowledge ****of email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp or similar). Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Copywriting skills: Strong written English and confidence in producing marketing copy.
  • Good knowledge of marketing psychology principles: A solid understanding of consumer behaviour and psychological principles is essential to craft campaigns that influence decision-making, drive engagement, and deliver conversion.
  • Passion for digital automation and gen AI: Fluency in using Gen AI tools and other relevant digital marketing software. Proven ability to learn new tools and software quickly and independently.
  • Good knowledge of branding principles: You can align brand identity with messaging and visual creatives. Understanding of brand's values, voice, and target audience is vital to creating content that resonates with customers.
