The Opportunity:

Clarion Gaming Digital are a market-leading media and marketing services provider. We have exciting yet ambitious plans to scale our existing Gaming digital business model and diversify into other digital media products within the B2B Gaming space. Over the next three years, we will be investing significantly in building out a fit for purpose operating model, including building a new team and technology stack.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Content Designer to play a crucial role in shaping the user journey through iGamingBusiness (iGB) and guide our audience’s decision making. This may vary from guiding users through a subscription journey or converting visitors to register as a webinar listener or newsletter subscriber.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide new ideas and innovative approaches to a large audience, enabling successful decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the global Content Director and Audience Commercial Director to ensure the messaging and user experience is tailored for the global gambling industry.
  • Meeting targets for conversions on each project to result in leads and sales.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure digital content is designed, developed, and managed to produce the best user experience possible.
  • Mapping the user experience journey to ensure there is a seamless sign-up process.
  • Visualising information or data and producing these through infographics, video or other platforms of your choice.
  • Delivering a content design strategy to cross-sell different products.
  • Making connections with the gambling industry professionals with support.


Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:

  • A customer-centric thinker who understands the end user and can understand the B2B gambling audience.
  • Skilled user experience (UX) writing skills are desirable for product implementation such as newsletters and webinars.
  • Visual content creator experience is desirable.
  • Content design strategy experience is desirable.
  • A strong networker who can build a rapport effectively.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident, resilient and responds well under pressure.
  • Customer focused and able to problem-solve quickly.
