The Opportunity:
The Content & Community Manager owns content, engagement, and programming for a private executive community in the gambling and iGaming industry, with a focus on keeping senior leaders informed, active, and connected. The role sets the annual content agenda, tracks what matters most across operators, suppliers, and regulators, and turns industry insight, member conversations, and live events into sharp, decision-useful content. It combines executive-level writing, hands-on community engagement, and event activation, with responsibility for newsletters, social and community content, event recaps, distribution, and performance—ensuring the community remains a trusted, high-value touchpoint for industry leaders.

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:

2+ years in content or editorial/marketing roles

Strong writing and editing (executive tone, clear structure)

Experience producing content across email + social

Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders (founders, C-level, directors)

High attention to detail and strong operational execution

Able to turn complex industry topics into sharp, useful content quickly
