The Opportunity:  

We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Commercial Executive to support our growing commercial team.

This role combines sales development and account management with wider sales team operational support to manage opportunities, generate new leads and deliver high-value campaigns for clients.

This role will play an important part in supporting client development in the US and Canada, identifying prospects, coordinating outreach, account managing & upselling and supporting new business activity.

The position is ideal for someone who wants to develop within B2B media, events and digital marketing sales.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Assisting in the management of key North American based clients

  • Account management and sales responsibility of tier 2 and 3 North American customers

  • For UK/Europe - contribute to new business growth by identifying target accounts, initiating first-touch outreach and supporting the conversion of entry-level commercial opportunities

  • Maintain CRM structure (Microsoft Dynamics in your case)

  • Track opportunities, deal stages, and close probability

  • Produce weekly pipeline reports

  • Support monthly and quarterly forecasting

  • Identify stalled deals and pipeline gaps

  • CRM Sales Systems

  • Lead & Account Intelligence

  • Sales Enablement

  • Campaign & Client Delivery Coordination

  • Revenue Analytics

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:

  • 3+ years experience in sales support, business development or media sales

  • Strong research and organisational skills

  • Experience of leveraging AI tools to support prospect research, proposal development, sales intelligence, and campaign reporting

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and managing data

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Strong attention to detail

Experience or interest in gaming, media or technology sectors would be beneficial but not essential.
