AEO MARKETING SOCIAL RETURNS FOR ITS THIRD YEAR
The AEO has confirmed the return of its AEO Marketing Social, taking place on 14 May 2026 at Informa Markets, London.

Now in its third year, the complimentary, member-only event brings together marketing executives through to senior marketers for an evening of practical discussion and peer-to-peer exchange.

Built around small, facilitated roundtables, the format strips things back with focused conversation, shared challenges and ideas people can take straight back into their roles.

This year’s discussions will tackle some of the more persistent challenges in event marketing, from keeping audiences engaged beyond registration through to improving visibility as more buyers turn to AI-led search. Sessions will also explore how to close the gap between registration and attendance, alongside the role of better data in driving more informed decisions.

A new roundtable for senior marketers will focus on linking marketing activity more directly to commercial outcomes.

The evening opens with networking and an icebreaker before moving into roundtable discussions, followed by drinks and informal networking.

Anna Golden, chief executive of AEO, said:
“The AEO Marketing Social gives marketers the chance to step out of their day-to-day and have proper conversations with people who understand the same pressures. It’s about learning from each other, but just as importantly, building connections with peers - those relationships are hugely valuable at this stage in people’s careers.”

The event runs from 17:00 to 20:00 and is open to marketing executives, senior marketing executives and marketing managers.

The leadership roundtable has very limited places and is open to heads of marketing, marketing directors and chief marketing officers.
