AEO announce appointment of new chair

Association of Event Organisers (AEO) are pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Michael, CEO and Managing Director of Quartz Business Media, as their new Chair.

Paul accepted the Board's nomination at the AEO Board Meeting on Tuesday 25 September and takes on the role following Stephen Brooks (Chairman & CEO, Mack Brooks) time as Chair.

On accepting the position, Paul commented ‘I'm delighted to accept the Board's nomination.  The industry, and therefore the AEO, face a challenging and interesting time over the next few years and my goal is to ensure the AEO is up to that challenge'
