Zinnia joined Montgomery Group in 2016 as HR Director and now serves as Chief People & Culture Officer, overseeing teams across Africa, Asia, Europe and North America. She began her career in book publishing with Bloomsbury Publishing, where she worked alongside renowned authors such as Margaret Atwood, Anthony Bourdain, Khaled Hosseini, and J.K. Rowling, playing a key role in the company’s growth during the success of the Harry Potter series.

In 2005, Zinnia moved to South Africa and took on the role of Sales Director for The Other Guide, a travel industry start-up. After a successful career in sales, she retrained in Human Resources and joined Montgomery Group to lead its people strategy. Over the past decade, she has focused on developing innovative HR programmes and structures that support a high-performing, diverse, and globally engaged workforce.

Beyond her role at Montgomery Group, Zinnia is a passionate advocate for mental health awareness in the events industry.
