Shelby started working in the events industry during her year-long university placement at Hyve Group and returned to Hyve after graduating in early 2021. She is now a Senior Client Marketing Executive for the Bett Global portfolio and looks after the marketing for all strategic partners and key accounts.

Shelby also sits on the AEO Futures Board, and prides herself on teamwork, collaboration and using her skills and experiences to champion change in the events industry.
