Mark Moloney is founder and managing director of Trades Exhibitions and the Professional Beauty Group.

In addition to exhibitions, we stage awards and conferences as well as publish online and print magazines supporting professional treatments sector.

Professional Beauty and Salon International, both at ExCeL London our two of our flagship events and we stage exhibitions across the UK as well as Ireland, India, South Africa and the UAE. This June we added Forum Hotel & Spa in Paris and Cosmo Beauty & Expo Beauty in Barcelona to our portfolio.

Whilst first and foremost an exhibition organiser, I have long believed in being fully immersed in markets that we operate in and that our content, awards and conferences help us achieve this. These are sometimes less profitable but very much make you part of the industry. I run an unashamedly profit-seeking enterprise but believe  our business growth should first come by helping the sectors we serve to thrive.
