I am an experienced events leader and CEO of STEP CONNECT2, a multi award-winning independent event organiser dedicated to creating impactful experiences for the built environment.

With more than 20 years in the events industry, I have a strong track record of driving commercial growth, developing successful event brands and building long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders across government, industry and the wider built environment.

At STEP CONNECT2, we create high-quality events that bring together the right people, ideas and opportunities to support positive change across the sector. Our work has been recognised through multiple industry awards, most recently being named Independent Organiser of the Year, under 20 employees, at the AEO Excellence Awards.

Alongside my role at STEP CONNECT2, I chair the AEO Private Independent Entrepreneur (PIE) group, supporting a growing community of independent event organisers through connection, collaboration and the sharing of best practice.
