Del is the Group Health, Safety and Environment Manager at Farnborough International Limited. Based on the Surrey, Hampshire borders Farnborough is home to the Farnborough International Exhibition and Conference Centre, Farnborough Film Studios and of course, the iconic Farnborough Airshow. Del has over 20 years’ experience in health and safety most of which was gained working on major construction projects such as The New Wembley Stadium, the 2012 Olympic Park, The Cardiff Opera House, The Shard and London Crossrail. She is a new convert to the events industry but is learning quickly! She is passionate about developing pragmatic and simple solutions that focus on resolving the significant risks that our workplaces present to the people who use them. In her spare time she is a STEM ambassador and a school governor, underlining her other passion which is developing and supporting our young people to become the best that they can be.
