Alison Willis - AEO VICE CHAIR
Ali Willis is CEO at Easyfairs UK & Global, the 11th largest exhibition organiser globally and awarded the Deloitte Best Managed Company, six years in a row! Easyfairs organise over 150 events in 12 countries and manage 8 exhibition venues. Ali has been working in the events industry for 25 years with experience in various sectors, including the technology, packaging, construction, manufacturing, food and beverage and aesthetic medicine industries.
She has spent considerable time launching new brands, reinventing established products, and connecting communities across events and media. She has extensive experience in exhibition sales, leadership and management and has worked at Centaur, UBM and Ascential. Ali is currently group chair of the AEO Development Board and is passionate about leadership and attracting and retaining talent to the resilient and dynamic exhibitions and event industry.
She also joined the AEO Council 2 years ago to represent the Development Board. A mother to two young girls, Ali is familiar with the constant juggle of work-life balance and strives to be a positive role model for working mums.
