AEO RENEWS STRATEGIC HR PARTNERSHIP WITH LEADERSHIP CONNECT SOLUTIONS
The Association of Event Organisers (AEO) has renewed its partnership with Leadership Connect Solutions (LCS), continuing its focus on helping members attract, develop and retain talent through practical support across mentoring, leadership development and HR advisory.
The agreement, which runs to March 2027, sees Leadership Connect Solutions continue as AEO’s exclusive HR partner, providing specialist expertise in talent advisory and leadership development.
As part of the partnership, LCS will continue to power AEO PeerConnect - AEO’s mentoring platform developed in direct response to member demand, connecting professionals with experienced peers for practical, career-focused support, whether that’s a one-off conversation or longer-term guidance.
The partnership will also deliver year-round support through mentoring, advisory and training programmes, embedded across AEO’s events and member channels.
