AEO Member Testimonial

“We worked with Event Academy last year to recruit junior individuals who are new to the industry. The draw for us was that we could consider graduates that were keen and eager to work within the industry, continue to learn and who would come on board with an enthusiastic attitude. We offered the three month placement to someone who came on board as a marketing and operations assistant across a portfolio of shows. Following the three month placement, we offered her the role permanently and she has been with us coming up to a year. From our side, the system of recruiting through Event Academy offers us reduced risk compared to other recruitment agencies for finding new, young and hungry individuals.”

  • The AEO provides an opportunity to make a difference, to work with other companies for the good of the industry as a whole, but beyond that, it provides it’s members with valuable insight and tangible benefits to grow your business, upskill and engage your teams. For those reasons, our membership is in indelible ink on the each annual budget. In short, if you aren’t a member, you are missing out.
