AEO - Association of event organisers

12 Sep 2019 by: Completely Events

With just under three weeks to go until the show, retailers, property agents, landlords, franchise operators and shopping centre owners have until Friday 27th September to register for the October edition of Completely Retail Marketplace UK.

A huge number of brands from across Europe are set to attend the October edition of the show, including fashion and accessory brands such as Lovisa, Uniqlo, Schuh, Moss Bros, Foot Locker, MON Bijoux and Primark, lifestyle brands including Snap Fitness, Village Hotels, The Light Cinemas, Trespass, Decathlon, B&M Retail, L'Oreal, Sofology and Rock Up, plus unique food and beverage concepts such as Snowflake Gelato, Flower Burger, Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt, Fit Treat Guilt Free, Radio Alice Pizzeria and many, many more.

Visiting retailers can attend for free* and will be able to network with the attending and exhibiting property agents, landlords, developers, shopping centre and franchise owners at the show, with the aim of making connections and doing business, accelerating the otherwise lengthy process of property acquisition. International delegates travelling into the UK show will also be able to benefit from flight contributions**.

Sponsored by The Gym, Co-Op and Avison Young, the show will also be welcoming a host of exhibiting UK property companies, including FHP Property Consultants, BNP Paribas Real Estate, Intu Properties, CBRE, Colliers International and Landsec. Exhibiting retail companies include PureGym, Costa, Sainsbury's, Lidl, Co-op, Subway and Tesco.

Unique from any other UK retail property event, one of the defining features of CRMP is the exhibition stands. All the same size with identically sized branding, the stands create uniformity to enable a level playing field for all. This opens up the event to smaller brands and lesser-known international delegates and facilitates an approachable environment.

To further highlight international brands looking to become a name in the UK, CRMP UK's regular Soapbox feature will return with a line-up of brands from across Europe. A hit with brands that are either expanding and looking to acquire retail space, the Soapbox stage allows them to pitch an audience of agents and landlords with available sites. Brands participating in the October sessions include Hot Pod Yoga, Engenie, Slaw Food, Dashl, Snowflake and Fruitisimo.

With such a successful reception year on year in its home market of the UK, the Marketplace format, organised by award winning company Completely Events, has expanded overseas in recent years and is now held in Stockholm, Prague, Amsterdam and Madrid to facilitate an environment for retailers looking to enter or grow within an international market.

If you're interested in getting involved in Completely Retail Marketplace UK on 1st October at Old Billingsgate Market, London, visit the show's website to register. Retailers attend and fly for free*. Landlords/agents attend for £495 + VAT.

*Rate applicable for the first five delegates from any brand. Does not apply to agents representing retailers.

**T&Cs apply to flight contributions. Contact the team for further information.
