This role, which sits within the Data & Intelligence team, is critical in verifying the success of our strategy, analysing gaps to grow & enhancing our marketing campaigns.

The Data & Intelligence team plays a fundamental role in Easyfairs. Covering a portfolio of events across 5 regions (UK, France, Iberia, Italy, and Algeria) and as part of the central Marketing Intelligence & Technology team, this is the ideal position for someone looking to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.

The focus of this role is to improve marketing campaigns across our full portfolio of events by using concise analysis & reporting. These insights will help the wider teams make data-driven strategic decisions and enhance campaigns.

The ideal candidate for this role needs excellent and consistent attention to detail, with the ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure. This position will be based in our office in Twickenham and report to the Head of Data & Intelligence.

About the role

Easyfairs is a dynamic and innovative leader in the events industry (recently ranked #11 in The Stax’s Top 20 Leaderboard). As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the market, we are looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Intelligence Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Data-Driven Event Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven event marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience, increase event attendance, and drive ROI
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and events, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
  • Customer Insights: Utilise various data sources, including digital platforms, surveys, and market research, to gain actionable insights into customer preferences and behaviours related to our events
  • Team support: Become an invaluable part of a central team, supporting a wide range of tasks from top-level analysis to targeted marketing.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • A recent graduate or individual with at least one year of office-based experience and a background of using excel & data analysis
  • Meticulous and consistent attention to detail, whilst working at speed
  • Technical competence and experience in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure
  • Curiosity - the want to know why and the drive to find out
  • Clear focus with repetitive tasks
  • English must be fluent and possess high standards of communication and organisation
  • High levels of energy, a positive attitude and commitment
