The Global Sales Executive, reports to the Global Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities 

• Complete revenue responsibility for specific clients working across 4 events per year. 
• Exceed individual & team revenue targets for each event. 
• Maximize business from existing accounts. 
• Work with the Global Sales Manager to agree sales plans for each event. 
• Source and secure revenue from new prospects & lapsed customers. 
• Develop a full understanding of all products within the FEM portfolio for cross selling opportunities. 
• Deal with businesses of varying sizes, SME to blue-chip.  
• Produce compelling proposals ranging anything from £1,000 to £50,000. 
• Manage customer accounts throughout the entire event cycle to deliver excellent customer service, including on site support.
• Keep accurate, up to date records and pipelines in the CRM. 
• Work with internal teams including marketing, operations, content and finance to ensure a smooth event experience and client satisfaction. 
• Support and promote a positive and collaborative team environment. 

This is a full time, home based role. You will be required to attend regular team meetings in London plus the event days, both UK and overseas (international travel 3 times per year.)
