Digital Customer Support Executive


Our in-house built CMS is market leading software, and we need a team of experts who have an appetite to problem solve and deliver rapid responses for our customers around the world.


You will be responsible for supporting all our clients primarily via our online ticketing tool (Zendesk).


The Digital Customer Support Executive will ideally have the following background and skills:

  • Experience using a website CMS (Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.) would be beneficial
  • Experience using our own CMS (SHOWOFF™) would be extremely beneficial
  • Experience using Zendesk would be beneficial
  • A good knowledge of websites and UX
  • A knowledge of the exhibitions industry would be beneficial
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Excellent time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrate the ability to work to tight deadlines and SLA’s
  • Effective planning and prioritisation of workloads
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Impeccable customer service skills.


  • Full-time, permanent
  • Mon-Fri, flexible working hours within office opening times (8.30am - 6pm) - Home/office split - min 2 days in the office
