No prior sales or events experience is required however, the ideal candidate will be confident picking up the phone, have a strong work ethic and good attention to detail. You will be ready to learn and develop your skills whilst working within a talented and highly ambitious sales team.


Most importantly, we’d love you to have a passion for the food, drink & hospitality sector and a desire to really get to know your clients and the events you’ll be representing. This is a role which will give you the chance to learn, gain key sales skills and continue your professional development in a fun and supportiv enviroment

• Sell exhibition space and sponsorship to both    previous and new customers/partners over          the telephone and face-to-face

• Generate new business and rebuild                     relationships with lapsed accounts

• Support the Event Manager with accurate and    timely floorplan management, forecasting and    ensuring CRM is always up to date

• Work closely with the show team, including         Operations, Marketing and Project                     Coordinators  to jointly develop the event

• Attend Montgomery Events trade shows,            supporting the onsite team and assisting with      rebook

• Attend industry networking events and           competitor events to identify commercial   opportunities, gain industry feedback as well     as  increasing sector knowledge

• Ensure that all KPIs are achieved
