The Opportunity
We are Clarion Gaming. We are a charismatic and enthusiastic team who love different, never settle for second, embrace trust & loyalty, strive to make things better & believe in what we do.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) working within the iGaming Business publishing team at Clarion Gaming. The BDE will be responsible for acquiring new advertising revenue for our digital products and nurturing this business into long term spend and building on-going strong client relationships.

Our digital products include magazines, websites, newsletters, webinars, videos and more. The BDE will be working alongside 5 other publishing sales people, part of a close-knit team which is one of 6 sales teams within the division.

  • Increase revenue across the publishing division
  • Generate new business and build future pipelines
  • Exceed individual and business targets
  • Sell over the phone and face to face
  • Develop productive relationships at the appropriate levels to achieve goals
  • Adhere to the businesses KPI’s
  • Become fluent on Salesforce.com, utilizing functionality to manage your goals
  • Ensure sales are signed and stored ahead of activity start date
  • Attend relevant industry events to network, some involving international travel
  • Learn about the industry to ensure a competitive edge
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Support & promote a positive & collaborative team environment

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours

  • A proven track record in sales (media sales experience preferred)
  • A hungry, motivated and competitive self-starter
  • Determination to reach goals & exceed expectations
  • Ability to plan & sell for the short, medium & long term
  • Strong commercial acumen, relationship builder &contributor of ideas
  • Ability to deliver new business revenues
  • Ability to maintain existing accounts & regain lapsed accounts
  • Effective communicator internally & externally
  • Ability to work with senior industry contacts
  • Adept at networking & able to socialize productively
  • Experience on Salesforce.com preferred
  • Comfortable at being a brand ambassador for Clarion Gaming
