Farnborough International is looking to strengthen its world class team by recruiting an Aerospace Sales Manager to work closely with the Head of Aerospace Sales to deliver sales targets for Farnborough International Airshow (FIA) and Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) and any other established business opportunities.

The Role

The role involves attracting and winning new business as well as achieving up selling opportunities. You will have an important role to play in ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.

Identifying objectives, strategies and action plans will improve short and long-term sales and earnings while working at all times with the CRM system and E-net to administer applications received and deliver client handling.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales manager with a proven track record of hitting and achieving targets and the ability to work well under pressure.

A large part of the role will require you to attend face to face meetings with clients as well as national/international competitive events, to progress the sales process and generate new sales leads. Therefore, you will need to have exceptionally strong customer focus skills coupled with the ability to liaise with aerospace industry people at all levels.
