  • To provide day to day support to the Account Management Team including exhibitor, sponsor and supplier communication, proofing, filing and pre-show preparation
  • To be a primary contact for the Account Management Team’s incoming emails and calls from exhibitors and/or sponsors
  • To assist with accurate updating of the CRM system and data manipulation.
  • To support exhibitor and sponsor engagement ensuring specifications and important information is communicated in a professional and effective manner, and received by given deadlines with no outstanding actions.
  • To support with monitoring sponsorship deliverable timelines and progress.
  • To liaise with the Finance Team, Marketing Team and any relevant external parties.
  • To support the Account Management Team onsite to ensure that exhibitors, sponsors and visitors receive excellent customer service during build up and show days.
  • To provide support for all Account Management external meetings including Exhibition Committee Meetings.
  • To carry out regular checking and updating of all Account Management project documents and promotion material.
  • To take ownership in updating and maintaining the Account Management digital systems i.e. Exhibitor Manual, Exhibitor Zone and Website.
  • To assist the Account Manager’s with updating existing platforms and processes to create companywide efficiencies.
  • To work alongside the Sales Administrator supporting synergy and co-ordination across departments.

Person specification /Technical Expertise

  • An event professional with at least one year’s exhibition experience.
  • Strong IT skills especially MS packages, CRM systems, databases and file sharing sites
  • Proven planning and implementation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
