Project Background: I represent an AEV member venue; how can I contribute?
Any AEV member venue can contribute to the eGuide. Simply email lee@aeo.org.uk, and you will be informed about the ‘roll out’ process, and invited to submit your feedback in a structured, manageable way. In addition, it could be that you, or the most relevant colleague, are asked to consult with, or perhaps even attend the next committee meeting.
5-step venue ‘roll out’ process:
1. Contact AEV / ESSA, expressing a willingness to become involved.
2. Nominate your venue ‘champion’.
3. Venue ‘champion’ reviews current guidance on online tool.
4. Venue ‘champion’ feeds back to AEV / ESSA.
5. Online resource updated with new participating member venue.
