If any health & safety, or other operational subject, is not covered (either in sufficient detail for you, or at all), then your first point of contact should be with your event venue. You should, however, source your own general health & safety, and operational advice.
There are a number of specialist companies providing consultancy, training and floor management capabilities within ESSA and AEO Associate membership. You can gain access to these companies via the ‘Approved Supplier’ list, within a communal section of the AEO, AEV and ESSA websites.
