Contingency planning – How to deal with an event crisis
Things don’t always go to plan and inevitably the unexpected comes along to try and catch you out. You have to draw on your experience and that of your colleagues, and get through it sometimes just by the seat of your pants. In this session you’ll get some insight into things that you can plan for and document, so they can be picked off the shelf when/if needed, reducing time and stress, plus also providing back up information which is increasingly important in the litigation culture we live in.
Speaker: Simon Garrett, Managing Director, X-Venture Global Risk Solutions.
