The UK Venue Show calls for papers
The UK Venue Show, which kick starts 2012’s buying season for the event sector, has issued a call for papers for speaking opportunities at the show.
Taking place at landmark London venue Olympia, 1st-2nd February 2012, attendees will be made up of decision makers and ratifiers of events with aggregated budgets exceeding £2bn per annum.
The show’s educational sessions are designed to engage audiences by offering delegates best practices, thought leadership and high profile case studies. Organisers of the UK Venue Show are looking for applicants to complement what is set to be one of the most content rich speaker programmes for UK meetings and event buyers. Applications from corporates and intermediaries are sought for:
Procurement; creating and implementing a strategic meeting management programme
Agency; friend or foe?
Has the brand got bland?; emergence of unique venues in the event sector
Facetime; engaging with your audiences
Lucky for some; the event sector 2013 and beyondThe UK Venue Show’s speaker programme will offer a targeted focus for buyers of meeting and event spaces. The talks will augment the highly respected Access Sessions 2012 where Take That production director, Chris Vaughan, Live Nation COO Music, John Probyn and Clive Little, director of events & programming at the Olympic Park Legacy Company are already confirmed to speak.
