Etherlive shortlisted as finalist in the inaugural Event Production Awards

Etherlive, one of the UK’s leading technology specialists for live events, has been shortlisted in the ‘Communications Company of the Yearsocial media, wi-fi, video conferencing’ category of The Event Production Awards 2012, organised by The Event Production Show, Access All Areas and the White Book in association with Capitol House.

The news caps a monumental year for the company, which sealed a contract for the London Media Centre during the Olympic and Paralympic games, alongside building on its appointments to customers such as the Goodwood Estate, WOMAD Festival and the Southampton Boat Show. New customers included the Cornbury Festival, Thistle Group Hotels and South West Four.

Etherlive has championed new technologies in the live events market being the first to offer high density public Wi-Fi, rolling out cutting edge products such as its RFID crew accreditation and catering system, Wi-Fi chip & pin payment systems, satellite broadband and our multipurpose communications tower light, comprising lights, high power wireless access point, CCTV camera and public address.
